Worksheet for Obsessive Compulsive Disorder

I couldn’t find a worksheet for OCD that had a three column approach (Obsessive Thought, Typical Response, Alternative Response) so I made my own.

On the back of the worksheet I put the most important information I use in treating OCD with Exposure and Response Prevention and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. The information includes a diagram to understand the OCD cycle and the plan to disrupt it with ERP, a list to help understand the difference between overt and covert compulsions, Michael J Greenberg’s list to help identify rumination, and a list of option for possible ways to engage in effective response prevention.
